Why haven't I received a confirmation email? / Why haven't I received an answer to my email?
If you haven't received any email updates about your order, or an answer to your enquiry or email, it's likely they were marked as “spam”. Some email providers (e.g. Gmail) may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order (order confirmation, invoice, shipping information, tracking number, ...) and make sure to add SuccuLand to your safe list.
We always reply to enquiries or other emails within 3 business days!

How to add articels to the shopping cart

First select a category.


Select the packaging unit and the quantity of packaging units for the article you want. Then click on “Add to shopping cart”.
Repeat this for all articles you want to buy.


To show all articles in the shopping cart, click on “shopping cart” on the top right of the webpage, or move the mouse over “shopping cart” and click on “show shopping cart”.


All articles in the shopping cart are shown, including the packaging units and quantities for each article. To finish your order, click on “Proceed to checkout”.

How to finish the order process

As a new customer click on “create new customer account”.


Write all necessary data in the textfields. Please do not fill special characters in the textfields, it will be not transmitted correctly and we can not finish your order. Select “I have noted the privacy policy”. Choose a password and click on “Submit customer data”.


If the shipping address and billing address are identical, click on “Proceed to next step”. Otherwise you can choose “create new shipping address”, if you want to add another shipping address.


Select a payment option:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- PayPal
- Western Union
Usually “PayPal” is the easiest way of payment. Click on “Proceed to next step”.


This is an overview of your order. If everything is correct, select “I've read and accept the right of withdrawal and your general business and supplying-conditions”. Click on “Buy” and your order process is finished and an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you have chosen “PayPal” as payment option, you will be automatically forwarded to the payment webpage of PayPal.


Your order has been placed successfully, click on “log out”.
Please check your spam or junk folder in case you do not receive the confirmation email.

How to pay for an order, without a PayPal account

Click on “Continue without a PayPal account”.


Select “Credit Card” and enter your credit card number. Choose the credit card, accepted are “Visa”, “Master Card”, “AMEX” and “Discover”. Enter the expiry date and the credit card security code. Then you have to enter the first name and the last name of the credit card owner. Select “ship to my billing address”. Complete your contact information, phone type, phone number and email address. Finally choose, if you want to create a PayPal account and confirm that you have read, consent and agree to PayPal's Account optional and Privacy Policy. Click on “Pay now” to finish the payment. After that you will be redirected to the SuccuLand webpage.
